The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and a balcony with a lovely view. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. The location was perfect close to the centre, and great restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax. The hotel also offered easy access to public transport, which made exploring the area effortless. What really stood out was the atmosphere: warm, elegant, and genuinely inviting. It felt like more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home away from home.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, we arrived after the restaurant had closed and we were left a box containing sandwiches, yogurt, biscuits and fruit, which was a nice touch. The pool area was nice, never had to worry about getting up early for a sun bed as there was always plenty available.

Well connected transport wise to get to the beach and Las Palmas - lots within walking distance. Would have liked to have free water/hot drinks available beyond breakfast(half board). One of the 3 lifts was out of use for the full 10 days we were there which meant people were waiting much of the time. No ironing facilities. The main hotel areas have no air conditioning which means that bedrooms are the only cooler areas after hot days outside. Otherwise, a very nice stay with very helpful staff.

Great hotel, stayed at both princesses in maspalomas and although this one may not be as flashy, the location is better. Area around the pool could do with a little layout adjustment, can get a bit busy and faffy to get a good place with an umbrella, same goes for the outdoor stage, needs a bit of love. All in all though the hotel and trip has been amazing ! 100% recommend.

Me and my friend loved this hotel. Lots of food options, cocktails, soft drinks, wine, beer all available (someone previously said cocktails are not free - the ones on tap are free). Plenty of sun loungers even when it’s busy by the pool. Evening entertainment was mostly good! Friendly staff at reception. Easy to get around with the hotel bus stop. All in all really really good quality, especially for what we paid for, it seems like a steal!
