The hotel is in a pretty poor state, with dirty carpets, furniture, floors and more. This is compounded by extremely slow service, and a lack of comprehension on the part of some room cleaners. One day, even though I asked three or four times (of different hotel staff), from around 3pm onwards, up until 10 pm, nobody actually cleaned my room! When I asked for bottles of water for the room, they were not brought! The cleaner did not understand clearly spoken English! When I called Reception, I sometimes had to wait for over five minutes for a response. On the website it said we could check in at 2pm, but the reception staff said it was not until three. In short, I would not recommend this hotel.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6pm. What if we arrived at 2pm official check-in time? The room wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard which leaves uneasy and wasn’t prepared properly with the right amount of towels, cups for 5 people. Found stains on the floor, breakfast bar upright with drip stains and a sticker ( child’s glitter sticker) on the tiled floor. Staff did the basic check-in, communicated with housekeeping, got us the room 30mins later. Not exactly a warm welcome. Furnishings and decor dark and dated. Overfilled rubbish bin, litter on the ground, smelly near where we parked.

We waited almost 9 hours till we were given a room. Check in time is at 2pm and we were given the room at 10.45pm The room was smelling and was dirty. No towels soap. In an executive suite no plates cups. Kitchen was filthy. Bathrooms were dirty couldnt even have a shower.Not impressed at all for a comcorde. Went for breakfast and was told its only available for half the guests how strange. Breakfast was basics. Never would i come again. And would not recommend.

The place with very dirty. I have to clean and vacuum myself, trying to get a hold of the recipient for more than 15 minutes at the time for them to answer, take me 3 days that i can get what i need from towels and water, the water doesn't run in the sink and bathtub, blood on the bed and sheets,way too many issues to say it all.

Terrible - old property plus nobody interested to give service; we booked a suite and when we checked in - it was not cleaned properly. There were pieces of glass and my daughter hurt herself. There were women hair and some sanitary (used) in the bathroom. The entire corridor was gloomy; restaurants were not operational; exterior glass windows were not cleaned; breakfast quality was poor with limited options compared to a normal buffet which we get in almost every hotel; at check out no staff was even interested to support on the luggage; in summary entry to exit experience was terrible compared to the amount charged by them for one night.

Receptionist was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Good first impression. Restaurant was good as was the gym. Available ping-pong and billiards nice to have Room was in good condition. Was there for only 1-day but was glad to have chosen this hotel.

Was clean and has a best view to the main road of Fujairah. Staff were very helpful and nice to all. Best place to go.

The worst service I ever had in my 20 years. I am following the hotel staff for last 4 days to get my invoice emailed to me but hotel staff is least bothered to take any action. All my efforts to get an invoice for my 4 days of stay is in vain until now. Very bad service, not expected from a hospitality industry. Very bad, very bad, very bad

Excellent service and relaxing stay Great pool!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Check-In was fast and efficient. The omellet and falafel station is a great touch! My fresh grilled fish ať dinner was superb. Many thanks to our waiters Fasile and Rohan! The pool, fitness and spa facilities are top notch. Just what we needed after a day of sightseeing. Our room was spacious and very clean. All staff adhered to high hygienic standards. Good WiFi and lots of TV channels. Actually, everything was perfect. Just what we needed. Thank you!
