Quiet, clean, good location, near airport, good breakfast, pool, workout room. The only drawback was the cold air blowing, especially in the hallway but also in my room. Had to turn thermostat way up to be comfortable.

After prepaying for my room through Expedia, due to a "system error," I was subsequently double charged by the hotel the day after I had already checked out (and received a receipt for a zero dollar balance). While the situation was ultimately rectified by the hotel, it required multiple phone calls to both the hotel and Expedia. Although, the issue was between Expedia and the hotel, I was informed that my refund was contingent on the hotel resolving their issue with Expedia. However, I am of the opinion that in these situations, the hotel should seek payment from the third party, and should not double charge their customers after check out.

Consistently great stay

This is a great hotel, clean, well managed - free breakfast, nice pool and gym, nice parking lot. Have stayed here before and will again, the only problem I had was our room was close to wear house keeping was gathered in the am and thy were LOUD when I was trying to sleep.
