Great hotel, worth some upgrades!

We were impressed, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, very clean and relatively quiet. I love the suites! I love all the bathroom products too! Unfortunately, our bed was so uncomfortable, neither of us could sleep! We have another stay booked for 2 nights and hope we have a better bed! The hotel is showing some general wear but hopeful you have plans for some general upkeep.

I check in late in the night and was ready to sleep but there water flowing noise in the bathroom and eventually I was give a different room. Somebody should have the checked the room and make sure it was ready
