Beyond livid with the front desk and reaching out to corporate about these issues I've experienced. The room was falling apart more or less. Cobwebs, wallpaper ripped off the wall, drawers barely opened without force, television kept going purple and blue during shows, shower curtain did not fit the tub and sprayed every which way. Hair was left behind in the tub, had to buy lysol and clean myself. Was charged three times for incidentals when it should have only been twice. When asked for number to corporate the front desk said she couldn't get it, which I took a screenshot of as well. Most staff was rude, other than the cleaners who were really sweet. Train your front desk better and to not be so off putting. There's no smiles, appearance looks sloppy and more. I typically tell people to come here for a hotel and no longer will but will say otherwise. Very upset because this place USED to be good. What happened?

This is a very nice hotel, one of the best I have stayed in. The place was immaculate, best breakfast buffet I've had, bed was super comfortable, easy to get to, friendly staff and a reasonable price.

The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful. The kids enjoyed the pool (which was clean). They even cleaned off our car after a snow storm. It was the best homewood we've stayed in.

We had an amazing time. The room was great and spacious with a large kitchenette. They had Santa there for breakfast, which was a really exciting surprise for our family, and we loved the pool. The staff were all really friendly as well.

Amazing breakfast! Big spacious rooms with well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Loved having a pool AND a hot tub. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I even saw a server at breakfast chase someone down as they were checking out and give them a big hug. It was so heartwarming to witness. We stay in hotels all the time due to our kids sports. Highly impressed all the way around with Homewood Suites in Albany!!
