This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite where we were able to visit with family members. That was our disappointment, too busy and loud in the lobby due to the appetizers and drinks program each evening.

Staff was Nice, We received a room upgrade, which after driving through two states was a very Wonderful treat. Room was clean, and they also served a decent breakfast. If you get there before 6:30 they have free drinks and snacks..unfortunately we missed it by 10 min, but they were kind enough to put together a plate from the kitchen for our daughter and granddaughter. Will definitely be return guests.

So much bang for the buck!

Wow. Was not expecting Breakfast AND Dinner!? Beautiful hotel, beautiful room. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious with lots of options. Beds were comfy! The only con for me was the Pool seemed over chlorinated? Just walking in the room made my eyes water so we didn’t get to use the hot tub like I like to do.

If we have our do not disturb sign on the door don’t be knocking on the door before time to check out. They did this to more than our room. We were on time and I don’t appreciate knocking on the door when the sign was properly placed.

The chlorine in the pool was nearly overwhelming. As soon as I and family walked in the chlorine instantly caused significant irritation to the eyes. Lasted about 5 minutes before we had to leave.

Will not stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were not working and were the reason we chose this hotel. According to the lady checking us in Drury Inn gets no money from out reservation and therefore cannot give a discount for amenities not working. The beds were so uncomfortable that we did not sleep. I reserved a regular room And was put in a handicapped accessible which was very inconvenient with the restroom set up. Will never stay here again.

Just a one night stay on a road trip from Phoenix to Chicago. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was close to many restaurants within walking distance. Lots of parking to accommodate our truck with a uhaul trailer that took up several parking spaces. Exactly what we were looking for.
