The hotel was awesome! The only downside was we lost power for about 2 hours or a little more and i couldnt finish getting ready for my event, and we werent offered a credit either.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is very convenient for access to the airport but there is much not much else nearby. The rooms were surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the airport.

We arrived to check in at about 11:15pm - no staff was present and a sign at the front desk said they would return shortly. We waited about 15 minutes before the desk clerk returned, meanwhile other guests had also arrived to check in. The desk clerk made no explanation and was not very friendly or welcoming.

Understaffed and minivan shuttle unsafe

A lot to unpack. Room was not clean upon arrival at 11 pm despite booking well in advance. Management was nice but understaffed. Understaffing continues throughout the stay as they said they did room cleaning daily, but at 5pm they had t gotten around to our room. Finally the shuttle… it’s an old minivan. The seatbelts are broken. They claim this is legal ???
