This used to be my go to hotel in Albuquerque. The buildings beginning to need renovation. But the most important difference was the customer service is dropped off unbelievably several of the staff members were simply just rude. I’ve had two recent days here which were subpar and then this third one was the dealbreaker I likely won’t be staying in this hotel again

The staff is great, always welcoming. Hotel is beautiful and cozy, a great historical place. Cocktails were NOT good downstairs, but bartender was fun and friendly. We didn’t get service in the room for a few days, no fresh towels and no toilet paper either on last day, but when I requested it was provided within 15 minutes and I was told that it’s upon request, so have that in mind. Really quiet place, great bed. Room smelled a bit old and there’s no ventilation anywhere. Overall I enjoyed my stay, just keep in mind it’s not top service.
