It had a great view. Room service was wonderful. They asked me every day if I needed anything. made the bed every day vacuumed and straightened up. Above and beyond I would have loved to given this five stars all the way around, only had one thing that bothered me took my family to the hot tub and had to get out there were rubber bands and long hairs floating around if they could maybe request that if you have long hair, keep it up would help? The kids loved the indoor outdoor pool. They were swimming in the snow other than that this hotel has the capability of being a five star. actually breathtaking inside. I never got to see the bar open or the restaurant would’ve loved to have tried that.

I really like the Navito Lodge. I love that they allowed dogs, however, there was no "pet" area outside. There was a 💩 bag dispenser available, which was nice. The hotel seems very quiet, except for the tons of motorcycles that kept revving up, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

They must not have updated the windows when they did the remodel. Hotel is right next to the highway. Even my husband who's practically dead could not sleep

I liked every thing from the minute i walked in the door.Front desk man very professional. The art work just beautiful. Two complimentary beverages per room, keurig in the room .I had ajoining rooms was great with teens.pool was beatiful hot tub best I've been in.Then to top it all off an awesome Teepee that you could relax in.Made me miss the rest of my grandkids so much that im coming back!!!!

It was ok. There wasn't a hair dryer. The floors were not vacuumed well or swept well. Otherwise it was great location and the pool was very nice. Tons of people in the pool.
