It would have been nice to know prior to going that the hotel is undergoing construction. The room was not okay. From the moment we walked in, there was a small of incredibly strong cologne. Overwhelming. The bathroom was gross. See the pictures of the bathroom. The bathroom door had a hole kicked in it. The sink and counter had so many chips and markings it looked dirty but were littles holes and broken tile. Same with the floor. The ceiling was missing the fan cover and I could see into the ceiling. It also looked like a bunch of bad patch jobs all over. The mirror was broken around all edges. The fridge did not work. The TV did not work. We had to require the TV and reset the box to get it to function. The AC would stay on for more than 10 minutes at a time so very warm when it kept kicking off. The one positive was the front desk workers were incredibly wonderful and kind. But based on the room, I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The construction dumpsters was next to our room and shady folks were going through it at various times of night.

Chips and holes in sink and counter that made it look dirty.
Bathroom ceiling bulb did not actually turn on but fan did. No cover. I could see up through the inside. Bad patch job.

The floors were dirty, stained carpets, no working wifi, TV wouldn't work, bathroom had a stale odor. However, it was fairly close to the Concert Venue (reason for staying there).

The room was great and when the TV didn't work the staff came to the room to fix it. Still had trouble finding any news channels. The bed was very comfortable however the bathroom counter could have been cleaned better. The breakfast was very good, one of the best .

Check in was relatively fast, but everything else was a disaster. The room was dirty, there were metal sticks on the ground, stains on the sheets in one bed, the curtains had stuff on them, the floor had big white stains, out of shampoo and conditioner in the shower bottles (had to request this from the front desk several times), holes in shower walls, the halls were dirty, the ice machine was really bad. We were there for a state tournament and there were not other options or we would’ve noped out of there.

I’ve stayed in several Quintas, and this was my worst experience. The pillow smell dirty when we walked into the hallway there was a lot of trash and dirt on the carpet bad experience. The restroom was dirty. The door had a hole in it. The toilet suspense was loose. I scrub the whole bathroom with a wet towel and soap to make my wife comfortable we used our own blanket to lay on because the sheets smell. The pool was dirty. My wife was itching. She’s been itching for the last day since we stayed there.

If you knew this hotel was being renovated, I should have been informed. All rooms are in various stages of renovation. Staff trying to cope with disfunction. I am disappointed and I expected much better from Hotels.com. Too many issues to address.

The restroom in our room was dirty (im not exaggerating) hair still in the tub, marks on the mirror. Breakfast was ok. Carpet outside the room was dirty and stained. The pool was good (seems more maintained than everything else)

Did not stay had to leave because of the dirty room. Broken mirror my one year old grandson almost cut his finger on. Mold in the bathtub my 7 year old granddaughter has asthma the mold could have had her in the emergency room she is highly allergic to it. Would’ve caused a severe asthma attack.

ALWAYS an AWESOME STAY!!

Rooms are always nice!!! I stay here becuz its near ballong park for festivals . Uber is cheap. right near I25 breakfast is good. pool and hot tub always working. carls jr near by along with Circle K gas station.. Front office older guy is always friendly and ready to help. only thing is they need a soda machine. but everything else GREAT!!!!
