While this property had availability and was booked through Expedia, it was gravely misrepresented. Upon checking in during the day around 12 noon, it seemed semi-okay. However, that night I was severely bitten up by bed bugs. The next morning, when I was charged $5 dollars for new sheets...after 3 days, the roaches in the elevators and common areas were enough. However, this hotel REFUSED to refund me for the remainder of my monthly stay and I have been forced to go to small claims court.

Everything felt old and dirty but the attitude wasn't helpful. I don't think it's crazy to ask for more than one thin blanket and they made a big fuss of the request. I would never stay here again

A certain staff was friendly but other staff seemed "inconvenienced" when they had to do their job. This is an extended stay hotel which didn't have any silverware or cookware, there was no ice available on premise. I couldn't even get replacement towels at the hotel.

Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. Check in was about the only pleasant experience at this hotel. Opened the door, turned on the light and yes you guessed it ROACHES. After driving 12 hours all I wanted to do was take a shower, instead I was completely dumbfounded to find out that this establishment is under new management hence the lack of competency from the previous management left me with no towels and no soap or shampoo. Absolutely ridiculous to think that this is somehow acceptable. I understand that this is not a five star or even a three star establishment, but for crying out loud are they serious NO TOWELS and I’m not talking about extra towels, I’m talking NO TOWELS. I will absolutely never stay at Wood Springs Albuquerque again, I’d rather sleep in my car.

The inside was very clean besides the few roaches I found in my room but I guess you're going to find them no matter where you go it's part of where we live the outside of the property is very unsafe unclean other than that we had no problems there would recommend for the price

The office desk was very sweet, but the room had no good chair to sit on, not good for a sore back.....and no coffee pot or shampoo and light from parking lot was too bright, so I rarely had a chance to sleep
