Evening stuff was good Location is handy for Rhodes Old Town and the beach We went in April so it was good value for money Negatives Drinks were very watered down. Wine/Beer/Cocktails barely alcoholic Cleaners tried to come into the room every day at 8.30 despite having the sign on the door and saying no thank you every day Pool was freezing cold to the point it was unusable Mattress was so uncomfortable

Staff are helpful and polite when you ask for anything. Extremely busy here, queue for over 10 minutes to enter the restaurant. Close to beach and shops. Pool is rammed. Rhodes old town is well worth the visit and the old town behind the walls. Very, very noisy. If you want/ need 6 hours sleep or more then this really isn't the place for you, it's impossible to stay asleep it's the hotel that never sleeps. Don't usually get to sleep before 2am due to people coming back from the bar and continuing the party in their rooms re-arranging all the furniture then it starts at 7am again. That was our biggest issue, lack of sleep. No air con is difficult and sleep with doors open, I know it seems pretty standard for hotels not to have air con in April, it was very difficult with the noise outside to sleep also.

Staff at this hotel were so friendly and attentive. Food options were excellent. Something for everyone. Salads were so fresh and drink choice was great. We dont usually stay at all inclusive hotels, and tend to opt for a villa, but was pleasantly suprised at how lovely the hotel is. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

We went on holiday start of the APRIL i think, resort was just opened hence the facilities were trying to clean the pool, the children entertainment teams were just arriving and also the night entertainment was not started. It was bit of disappointment but the overall food and staff and transportation was really good.

The room was good, buffet had a very large selection for each meal and food quality was really good. Staff were pleasant and the pool area was nice. Only negatives were that the gym equipment was dated and most of it broken so couldn't use it. room cleaning was minimal,no bed change for a 5 night stay which was a bit disappointing. We had a good offer so the price was really nice. The food was very good with many options. The room might be small for 3 persons but you usually would want to go arround the island or the facilities. You should take note that this is made for vacation during good weather. If the weather is bad the closed facilities (eg restaurant) have limited capacity and you might need to wait for a freee table. When it stopped raining and the outside tables were open you did not have to wait .In general it is a very good all-inclusive option.

Great food everywhere except in theme restaurants

"Deluxe" is perhaps pushing it but really comfortable and quality stay. Buffet foods and pool restaurants exceeded the expectations as A+ while the theme restaurants were sub-par experience. We gave the asian and greek style try and did not think for a second for booking the other two. Staff is very friendly and everything works smoothly. Standard rooms are somewhat small but modern.

First time ever having to wait for elevators in a hotel let alone a five star hotel. I think the branding needs to be changed to 4 star definitely not a five star

Great stay… big hotel but always clean tables and immaculate buffet at breakfast. Food options all day, cooked to order and staff are proactive in offering drinks (unusual for all inclusive !). Rooms are small but clean, new, with all you need. Make sure you request in advance if you need a specific bed type .. I booked a twin for me and my son but were allocated a double and had to wait until the next day to get a twin. Staff were polite and helpful though and the themed restaurant concept of tasting menus is great! Would highly recommend !
