I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful—not welcoming at all. To make things worse, there was no running water when I checked in. No explanation, no apology. The next morning, I had an important interview and woke up early to get ready, only to find there was still no hot water. I had no choice but to take a freezing cold shower. It was incredibly uncomfortable and stressful before such an important day. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Basic hospitality and courtesy were clearly lacking.

After a long day of lacrosse games, it was great to be greated as soon as we we walked in, having washing machines and dryers available and a comfortable room to call home for the night.

I like how closed off the area is, the hotel is hidden, which made me feel safe especially with my kids. It could be a little cleaner. But other than that I love this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

We wanted to utilize the pool. As they had advertised it. At the check-in, when we asked about the pool we were told that the pool is not working. Due to their heater not working. Then came to find out that there is no hot water as well. This is very ridiculous and customer should be aware prior to finalizing booking. There was no compensation At all. No reimbursement, nothing. I will never come back here again.
