COCKROACHES

I woke up from sleep at two in the morning and there were cockroaches on the nightstand went downstairs to the concierge and told them and they did nothing about it and offered me a refund of $50 and the room cost $407. I missed my son’s college football game at Dartmouth as I had no where to go in the middle of the night.

I have no complaints. Very nice hotel. I only rated it 4 on the "cleanliness" section because the bathroom was just a little dirty on the floor, but not really. I will stay there on my next visit to Lehigh.

The front desk staff were very accommodating to our store purchase requests and our request for late checkout. Room 314 had some issues. The hair dryer didn't work but I had my own. The bathroom needed maintenance. The toilet seat was not properly fastened and kept moving. The shower grout was not properly cleaned. There were multiple areas throughout the shower with mold and mildew. This was such a different experience from just a week earlier.

Clean but there was a funky smell in the hall and in our room. We heard a dog barking in a room a few doors down. It's kind of loud in the morning, hearing doors and people. Check-in person was so sweet.

We were in the room next to the laundry facility. It was old and not maintained well. The toilet paper holder fell off, the shower leaked etc. not the fault of the staff at all - just a poor quality facility.

Staff was superb. Anything we needed, they were on it! We had a 10 day stay and they made us feel like family. The front desk staff was kind enough to fax an important document for us which was very helpful. Bartenders remembered our drinks like we were old friends! Melinda, the breakfast attendant, is always delightful at all of our stays, past & present!! The Manager & all of the staff are fantastic!!!

The hotel was clean and just renovated. Terrific free shuttle to/from casino. The room was on the first floor and while we couldn't hear the band or party going on in the ballroom, we could hear the people in rooms above us and next to us. Despite this, we'd stay here again for the convenience and the reasonable price.
