Good service l, great people but hot tub was cold and they couldn’t get it working., which is why we chose this particular hotel when tons around.

Pros: front desk staff was very friendly; room was clean Cons: heating system in room was very loud, had to keep it off; other heating systems could be heard loudly all night from other rooms; hot tub was cold, front desk staff did adjust temp however until it heated the hot tub couldn’t be used during stay which was one of the main amenities that led to decision to stay at this location; pool and bathroom towels were very small
