As soon as we entered the room, we noticed it was infested with ants. Then, we found a couple of pins in the carpet, and one pricked my foot. Lastly, the noise from the other rooms kept us up all night due to loud music and TVs playing.

The staff were very friendly. The room; although dated, was spacious and the furniture and sheets appeared clean. The breakfast was a great plus, very clean area and had several options. The only issue to be addressed is the pool. It is extremely small and had too many water and rust stains; that deterred anyone in my group from utilizing.

I am shocked that this hotel has good reviews. They are renovating (fine) but the doors to the rooms where they are renovating are wide open and work stuff like drop cloths, paint cans and tools are haphazardly laying in the hotel hallway. The room was okay but there are definitely some shady spots of brown in areas of the shower, rugs and windows. It is right next to a 2 lane road and cars and trucks loudly fly past all evening. However, this doesn’t cover what happened to us. It was midnight and I was finally falling asleep with my children in the room after a long day of travel. Suddenly, the door opens and a man with his bags is walking in!!!! Apparently, the manager (Hal) accidentally assigned another patron to the same room!!!! I have never had this happen to me. It was extremely frightening. I would have picked up and left if it wasn’t in the middle of the night and my children were sleeping. I will never return and encourage you to find a different accommodation.

Hotel was horrible. Walk through construction to get the elevator. - no laundry facilities - no ice machines - no snack area - breakfast not until 7 - wallpaper hanging off wall - gap in shower door does not close - front door dead bolt does not lock - door coming apart

There was a fire in the third floor ice maker at 9pm and the entire hotel was evacuated and we had to cut our trip short. No compensation was offered. We have not been contacted by the hotel other than an automated email asking us to rate our stay.

The staff was all extremely nice but the condition of the hotel is very outdated. The walls and ceilings are all cracked in the room as well as hallway. Upon entering my room there was dry yellow pee stain on my toilet seat which means it was not cleaned . The property needs full renovation and better deep cleaning.
