Poor response.

This hotel/motel is pet friendly, but they overcharged me for having my pet there (hotels.com says it is $20 a night for a pet, but they charged me $30 per night). Also, the floors were dirty enough to make my feet black. The worst is that I got locked out of my room at night (taking the dog out), because they hadn’t set my key correctly. No one answered their nighttime phone, and I eventually had to call the police to help me get back in. I probably wouldn’t go here again.

Bath tub/Shower needs to be replaced. Black mold around and in the rings around the washcloth bar. Tub has red around the drain which is usually a sign of Serratia. Floor wall molding is separated from wall in bathroom. Toilet seat does not fit the toilet. The shower curtain is nice and new not stained or dirty. I do not care for multi use bath wash or shampoo. Who knows what is in the containers. Lots of plugs for media devices was great. TV was OK with multiple channels. The little fridge didn’t have a freezer which we needed. But it did work and needs to be bolted down. A dimmable light over the vanity would be nice for those early mornings when you don’t want to wake up others. The hot tub was very nice and had plenty of towels to dry off. Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Soda in lobby was reasonable. Brfst buffet was excellent All staff we encountered were very nice and friendly. Well lit parking area was very nice for safety at night.

I really thought it was a nice place to stay. It was clean and quiet. The Sunday night clerk told us of area places to eat. The breakfast bar was pretty good. My wife enjoyed all of the options she could enhance her oatmeal. I used some cinnamon to make my waffle tastier. I would recommend the hotel, and if we ever get back that way, this is where we will stay.

The night desk clerk, Chris, was the nicest most accommodating clerk we have ever experienced! The room was clean, the beds comfy and the breakfast had a great selection of items- from eggs to oatmeal- the town of Alliance is blessed to have such a great operation.

Building condition was fair. Shower had a loose part hanging around the faucet, and low water pressure. Carpet in hallways appeared old and dirty. Breakfast was horrible. Juices were diluted down to almost water. Eggs were dry. The staff was very friendly, though.
