The room was super clean, and as a solo female traveler, I felt super safe. It's clustered amongst other hotels; it's quiet and really comfortable. The shower was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. Recommend 100%!

Room was very clean and set up nicely. Blackout blinds were very nice. The advertised free breakfast is actuall $8.00 per person. It is comparable to a continental simple but adequate breakfast. We even had to bus our own table. Staff was very professional and personal.

My husband and our youngest stayed here on their way to Houston and we (as a family) were doing the trip for Christmas and he told me he wanted me to book this hotel on our way back to Colorado! We stayed in the Drury on our way to Houston and i was VERY disappointed in that hotel! Let me tell you that i was VERY thankful we stayed in the Hyatt on the way home! We have stayed in almost all the hotels in that area and for now on we are ONLY staying in the Hyatt!!
