Quiet and very OLD!

Clean, quiet, comfortable but OLD, desk chair had No leatherette on it, just foam. Bathroom caulking is OLD. Very friendly check in !!

Staff and breakfast were great. Pool was nice but the floors around pool area were dirty. Room was ok but bathrooms had no shampoo or bodywash and the tub was dirty.
All were empty except the conditioner.

Rooms were fine, a new desk chair was needed as it looks to have been repaired many times-not a deal breaker. We had a lightbulb out in the bathroom, but was not an issue. We swam late in the evening and no swim towels were available, but we asked at the desk and were given some when we were done swimming.

We were on the third floor and it was such a hassle to get up the elevator around the whole property.All the way to the end, where we were. Random doors left open all day with the little lock. Which made me nervous. When we went to take showers, there was no body wash in the containers. Having the shampoo conditioner and the bodyWash in the shower is disgusting. I had to ask for my trash to be emptied. Twice before it happened. I requested more towels which took two days. Breakfast was excellent. The pool and whirlpool were excellent. It was great that at least they had little trolleys to take all your stuff in at once. Hardly ever seen a staff unless they were telling me they're cleaning right now.I can't get to your room. Overall, it was pretty much what we paid for. I couldn't afford something real nice, and so we got something that wasn't so nice. I would look at other options before staying here again but i would not say it's out of the option to stay again. The breakfast in hot tub was excellent.

The desk chair in my room was in very poor looking condition. The room needs more plugins for phones, iPads etc. The only way I could tell what time it was is with my phone but their is no place to plug it in by the bed and their is no clock or alarm in the room..

This place was dirty and the listing is very misleading. When arriving to the room the toilet was already plugged and there was not a shower curtain!! It took quite awhile to fix the plugged toilet, but after it was fixed a worker brought a hand written note, (to the pool in front of everyone) stating “DON’T THROW TOILET PAPER INSIDE THE TOILET PLEASE” First thing, we did not cause the problems and second where is the TP supposed to go? And to top it all off, couldn’t shower because they never did get a shower curtain to the room…..they were extremely rude about the whole deal…would give negative stats if I could. I would NOT recommend staying here!!
