Our stay at the Banks Mansion was fantastic. We loved the first floor vibe which was welcoming to return to after a day sightseeing. Rooms were very comfortable with nice city views and a great location. Would definitely visit again.

What a great place to stay in Amsterdam. Great location. Was able to walk everywhere easily. Breakfast every morning was a great treat. Friendly and helpful staff. Free bar is a great perk although I was the wine buffet opened earlier than 4. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return. Overall a really good vibe and value for the money spent

Prime location! Perfect location for walking around Amsterdam central city. Nice and clean room with all the amenities and more. Courteous and helpful hotel staff. Nice touch on the stroopwafers and free Heineken beers. Well stocked bar items, snacks, candies, etc at the lobby. Wish to stay longer.

Excellent, from the beginning when I checked in and when I checked out everything and everyone was superb. The staff made me feel welcome, the facilities, the cleanliness was superb. Many thanks for the complimentary gift and the upgrade of my room. All the staff were superb and I want to say a special mention to Sandra and Shafani. Sandra for cooking a wonderful Omelette for Basil and Shafani for showing Basil around. The extra touches such as the cheese and wine hour were wonderful after a long day of sightseeing and walking. The location is great and easy to get to from various train and tram stations. The major issue was that there were building works happening which I didn't know about. Every weekday from 11 - 2pm, there was A LOT of drilling and loud noise, which seemed to be right next to my room. I called downstairs and the front desk said they were "flushing water through the pipes" but that wasn't h the case. While it's relatively easy to be out of your room and exploring the city during that time, I would have liked to know about loud construction works before booking this hotel.
