Great experience. Breakfast was good. Only issue I had was the room faced to the street with no soundproofing on the windows, it became difficult to have a good night’s sleep. Fighting and shouting going on all night. Okay for a younger person but not for anyone 40+

We stayed in room 212. Nice room, very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked. Wi-Fi speed was good. The TV had easy to access the HDMI port for playing our movies and shows. The bathroom was very clean. The doors were opaque glass double doors with no knob and not lockable. A bit unusual, but not a problem. The location of the hotel is excellent. In the heart of the city. A 2 minute walk to the tram stop, and the area is full of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was also good. Large selection of foods and beverages. We would definitely stay there again, but would ask for a higher floor. The room was very close to a coffee shop (just coffee) that had outdoor seating. We could occasionally hear a group talking loudly even after 11pm.

Absolutely incredible stay. The room with the canal view was so beautiful. So many walkable things nearby; dining, bar, clubs, cafes, souvenir stores. 10 min walk to the Palace center. Definitely retuning

It was clean, vent did not work in bathroom not enough tea and coffee facilities plug in bath loose. We were advised we had been upgraded but we do not believe that to be the case. Bedside tables too small to hold items. Some staff very helpful others were quite the opposite. Would not stay there again

Upon arrival, the initial interaction with the staff proved to be less than satisfactory. Following room allocation, we discovered bloodstains on the top cover, which were subsequently addressed by the cleaning staff. We experienced delays in receiving essential amenities, including bath towels, bath tissues, and bottled water, requiring multiple requests to the lobby reception. Furthermore, the room was not serviced on Tuesday, and despite anticipating service on Wednesday, it remained uncleaned. While the hotel's aesthetic is appealing, the overall experience was disappointing, leading us to conclude that the establishment is overpriced and under-serviced.

Shower was awful. Too big of a shower head and water went all over the bathroom floor. There was no one to take bags up to the room. The lighting was terrible in the room and the expensive breakfast was terrible.

Nice clean hotel. Good location for walking. Hotel store for snacks was reasonably priced. Staff excellent. Nice to fill up water bottles as you walk out the front door.

This is a very good location for a short stay. You do not want to stay here too long as the rooms are extremely tiny! Hard to maneuver around the room with two people. The bed was comfortable, but very small and made a lot of noise. It was similar to an RV type bed. For a couple day stay it was okay
