Great stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the atmosphere was lovely. AMAZING shower with very soft water. The location was great for me and very walkable. Though in a popular area, the road itself, is a quiet one. The only thing I must say is that the floors are slightly creaky, so the neighbours above can be a bit noisy!

Lovely quiet room. Warm, comfortable bed. Great staff. Brilliant housekeeping. Toiletries lovely. Blackout curtains are great. Slept amazingly Could do with Cupboards or shelves for clothes. Just a rail and hooks in our room. A little fridge would have been nice. Overall fantastic hotel Loved it x

Location to as great! In the middle of all of it, stunning hotel and rooms overlooking the canals, breakfast was good selection, I had a fall in the hotel and team was very attentive and helpful. I'm sad we had to leave, would highly recommend to all.

It was a nice hotel but I'm giving 4 stars because the Aircon controls in the room were complicated to adjust, there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, the bathroom and the shower were separate and the shampoo and body wash were fixed in the shower. And I paid extra to have a balcony but the balcony doors were sealed and none of the windows were openable so I couldn't get fresh air into the room.

I booked this hotel last minute. I do not regret it. Comfortable and very centrally located. They have an asian style restaurant that is good although it isn’t for everyones taste. My only grumble was the bin in my room was full from the last guest. This was sorted promptly and a drink at the bar was offered while they fixed it. the the issue was fixed properly and is not enough to not mark down an experience.
