The pictures online do not look anything like the actual rooms you stay in. The rooms are very small, old & run down. There are a LOT of stairs. You have to walk very steep steps from the entrance to the lobby, carrying all your luggage.

This hotel has the perfect location in the center of Amsterdam . All in a walking distance . Staff was super friendly and welcoming . Only down side was the stairs as this is a little work with luggages . I would stay here again

Awesome room + central location

I was very happy with my room, scenery, the cleanliness of everything, and the bathroom. There is a bit of street noise of course, but this was expected. The air conditioning was a big help and was very silent yet powerful at making the room cool. The shower was a great size and had good pressure + heat. The hotel's photos of this room are exactly how it looks.

Room very clean & looked newly refurbished. The aircon was lovely, the narrow & steep staircase made you work up a bit of a sweat!! WiFi connection was good & great to leave luggage at reception if checking in early or leaving late.
