Very unfriendly housekeeper. We asked her to clean the room and she said - later ( didn’t speak English much) We waited all day and when she finally showed up to clean we just got back from our walks and she with her gestures told us to leave ( my husband is 82 years old). When I told her to just clean with us present she was angry and just did a bit of cleaning not even doing our bed. In my long life I’ve never experienced this kind of service and treatment.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location near the train station and many tram lines. The rooms are very pleasant, the staff is friendly and capable, and the breakfast options are excellent. (The bathrooms could use more towel bars.)
