Fabulous location, small but comfortable rooms. Wonderful and very friendly staff. Walkable to many restaurants and located in the heart of the city. Downside was that the hotel was extremely busy and could not assign us rooms until after 4pm. Had a very long exhausting flight from California and ended up waiting in the lobby! Too many people.

This is a great hotel! Clean and convenient locations to restaurants, shopping and central station making easy to get to and from the airport as well. The staff especially the Concierge David is amazing! Would stay again!!

Superb property in the center of Amsterdam. The hotel is located right across from Amsterdam Centraal which makes it conviene if your coming from the airport. They have a great restaurant on site and an awesome pool and fitness facility on the ground level. When we were there the pool and fitness areas were clean and well maintained. The location was great and super close to all the major attractions and trams that take you around the city, which was convenient. The room we booked was a twin superior room, and it was very spacious! We had more than enough room to spread out my all our things and it even had a small sitting area. The sofa looked as if it had a pullout bed which was a nice touch! Definitely would be returning to this hotel if we are ever back in Amsterdam!

Park Plaza Victoria is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located across the road from centraal train station. Tip, walk outside the station, turn left and walk through the underpass, then you'll see the hotel across the road. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and warm showers. Vic's bar is lovely and chilled, with nice cocktails and some yummy bar snacks. The burger was really tasty! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. A wonderful stay, we'll be back! 😁

So close to the Amsterdam Centraal so it makes it easy to go to Schiphol airport, near tourist attractions, near all the action, concierge very helpful- I think his name was David. It’s our second time staying in this hotel and we will always stay here whenever we visit Amsterdam!!

Great Location

The room was quite small, but well organized. I loved the views from my room. Breakfast was delicious. I appreciated that they offered a EUR 10 voucher if you chose not to have your room cleaned.
