Outstanding facility. Very clean. Very modern. Big room. Comfort beds. About 8 minutes walk to central train station (shortcut via the bridge). Four highly rated restaurants just outside the building. Best hotel in the city center.

Room was big and clean, food was excellent. Perfect location, only 10 mins walk from shops and stuff but hotel area very peaceful and safe. If I had to find a flaw the only thing that comes to mind is they ran out of strawberry jam at breakfast, a common problem I find in most hotels😁

We stayed here at the end of September. The weather was quite cold, but since the hotel hadn’t switched to winter mode yet, the air conditioning couldn’t heat the room completely. Other than that, everything was great, a peaceful and pleasant stay overall.

We booked a suite - it was nothing like the pictures online (and had a terrible view of another building) - they moved us to a small room with a great view - no offer of refunding the difference of the cost from the suite. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have had in a hotel, and the pillows were worse. We loved staying in that area, so we would def. stay up in that end of Amsterdam again.
