Old and dirty! Checked in on Sunday n ask for my room to be cleaned on Tuesday n was told no because I had to stay 3 days before they would clean the room they could give clean towels n throw trash but that’s all! My room bathroom had a horrible smell of sewer, they did send someone to fix it but a few hours later the smell returned but thankfully we checked out the next morning! If I’m going to pay the full amount for a room I expect them to clean my room at my request! The staff were friendly!

It was definitely not kid-friendly with half of the dining options on site. We stayed for four days and we had to request clean towels on the 3rd day we were not provided any extra toilet paper. Front desk service was not friendly save for the who I believe was the manager.

If you’re looking for convenience this is a good place to stay, Disneyland park is 0.9 miles away and there is a shuttle that provides transportation. Other than that would not recommend, there are nicer hotels that are near by Disneyland. The room was very quaint and the restroom was sub-par. They didn’t offer daily cleaning services unless requested and it had to be before a certain time. So our trim wasn’t able to be cleaned since we checked in at 4pm. I upgraded our room and it definitely was not worth it. The reason I stayed here was because of the shuttle service they offered to and from the park which I quickly found out the nicer hotels had a shuttle too. Would not stay here again.

Bathroom was not very clean,hair in tub and sink. If you plan on taking a bath the water doest stay in tub,cocking around tub half on half off. Clock in roon not working. Air conditioning not working properly. Checking in was a mess, took us an extra hr to get our room. The price thats charged for the room doesn't match what you get.

The AC didn't work properly. It was too cold. We set it at 74 but the thermostat said 67 most of the time. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the tub faucet dripped. The sink on the outside of the bathroom drained slowly like it was clogged up.

We stayed here many times and never had any issues until this last stay. Our room was in the back of the hotel and it was so unpleasant. The back building needs major upgrades. Our room smelled like mold. I even called the FD to have them come clean the room again and they said they couldn’t because we weren’t there longer than 3 days. The towels had the smell of sitting in the washer too long. Just not the normal experience we’ve had when we usually stay here.

It's a great place to stay for a weekend at Disneyland. The room was very clean and the accommodations for the price are excellent. However, the restaurant is just meh. They have a rotating buffet and a fixed menu which has basic meals, I would skip it if I stayed here again, and the bar isn't exceptional either. Thankfully there are much better places near by.
