Dont stay in room one fiddy 2 if you need quiet.

My first two nights of my stay were decent. Beds clean. Across from Disneyland. Shower had some hairs that weren't mine so i cleaned the tub. WELL Im gonna just say that I've been in the hotel industry for 10 years. I get how operations go. I get how conventions coming into town can be a lot. But let me tell you that after paying $1,200 for 3 nights ill never come back here and pay the extra $600 and book the Marriott properties nearby. I have never felt less cared about than I did on my final night here (3/6 - i extended my stay when i checked in directly with the hotel). Since i extended it created the dreaded stayover reservation. I asked nicely if i could be blocked in the same room. Nope. Which makes no sense. The room has to get flipped, i booked the same accomodation type. I get how you might preblock guests BUT a little customer service goes a LONG ways.... i got told the reason was because of the convention but that makes no sense. You have to clean the same room type room to give it to someone else. Whatever. Then when im trying to relax theres all these construction noises. At 8pm at night which is really 11pm my local time so i was trying to sleep. Then when i call the front desk the gentleman was nice to offer to call the maintenence guy but it's just so noisy. You hear everything in this room. Even the people who fart outside your door. I hate this. The marriott would have let me keep my room and apologized for any inconvenience.

Only positive is the proximity to the park entrance and the room was clean, with a nice bed but that’s where it ends. The “free hot breakfast” was in a closed in area, above the Mexican restaurant next door. It consisted of soggy Eggo waffles, microwaved bacon and liquid yogurt out of a machine. Huge disappointment and for the cost of this hotel, not even close to being worth it. Hotel is severely overpriced for the sketchy outdoor hallways that lead to a shady elevator, which always has a line up of numerous housekeeping carts that were always there. Same housekeeping carts could be heard as early as 7am driving back and forth across a bumpy concrete hallway, that literally made our window shake every 5 min. Same windows that you can’t even open the blinds, or everyone walking by can see in and also has a view of a brick wall. The cost of this hotel is fine if you like to throw your money away, but just 2 min walk to the Fairfield by Marriott and for less money, is a better choice. Second guest: This hotel is the absolute closest you can get to the Disney entrance. It made it very easy to go back to the hotel for breaks. the hot tub was great but it’s right beside one of the hallways and practically in the parking lot. The staff lacked any kind of enthusiasm. The hotel is old and you have to walk down dark exterior hallways to get to your room. The room itself was old but clean. The two biggest negatives for me were the so called free “breakfast”. Do not be fooled by this.

Literally across the street from Disney, beating the lines in the morning is super easy. Facilities itself were on the lower end but worked. Nice pool, big hot tub, basic breakfast. Price is right, would recommend for families.

Recent hotel stay

We stay there because of the closeness to Disneyland! The ability to park early before check in is a huge plus! The room was ready as promised by 3! Staff was very kind I even requested a blanket at 11pm and the gentleman ran it up to my room he was very kind! Check out was a breeze. Breakfast is amazing lots of choices and very fresh!

It was great to be literally steps away from Disneyland entrance. They allowed early parking which was amazing. Room was clean. Mattress on sofa was ok but not great.

Walkability to Disneyland absolutely cannot be beat, rooms were cosy and not overly noisy despite the proximity to the main road. Only thing of note is that the elevators are halfway down the building; we had a room on the top floor at the very front with a wheelchair user, meaning we had to go all the way down and all the way back each time. The exteriors are also quite narrow around the stairs but we managed. Overall would happily stay again.
