Friendly staff. Parking charges are through the roof, very expensive. Parking lot even gets too full and blocks vehicles in stalls. Didn't feel the bed and pillows very comfortable. Good breakfast though.

We were a family of 7 and having two bathrooms was a must. Having two bathrooms for this price is a very good deal. Walking distance to the free Toy Story shuttle was another reason we chose this place. Public shuttle to Disney is $6 per person. If you have a large family, I would highly recommend staying at Best Western Raffle. Oh.. the breakfast buffet was very good too.

Our family stayed here for our baby's 2 year old birthday trip to Disneyland. The toom never seemed to cool down enough, and always felt damp. But the staff was very friendly, and the convenience of a microwave and fridge was wonderful.

If you’re looking for a place close to the park this is perfect. It has a separate bedroom for the parents and two TV’s. The bathroom is a little cramped with toilet placement. The carpet is old too. But they are remodeling the rooms. Breakfast was great!! It was one of the best we’ve ever had. The staff are super friendly and very helpful!! It is dated due to being an older property but I would stay here again. The bonus feature is the fridge and microwave in each room. TV channels can use improvement along with a streaming option.

Great place to stay!

I’ve stayed at the best Western plus multiple times for both Disneyland trips and jiu-jitsu tournaments. It’s a newly remodeled place to stay. The rooms are very clean. The bathroom is very nice. If you’re going to Disneyland, there’s a Disneyland bus literally right around the corner that takes you to the park for free. If you’re there for jiu-jitsu the Anaheim convention center is right across the street. It’s a perfect location for the right price.

Everything was great room was amazing the staff was the best part. The only thing that was very upsetting was that the day of arriving the price literally dropped 200 from our booking price and seeing how it was the day of they wouldn’t price match it and if i cancelled and rebooked it would have been half my price in cancellation fees, very disappointed and wasting an extra 200 due to them not wanting to price match the same room same days same place

We stayed here for our Disneyland trip and had a great time. The rooms are clean. Service is great free breakfast was definitely a bonus. One thing about our bathtub it drained really slow, but besides that everything was great, would definitely book here again
