There's a gathering place that's right next to the hotel. They have parties there. Very loud music at 10 PM. The sheets had stains. There was a dead cockroach in the middle of the hallway . Told the receptionist 3 times about it.then he told me:" if you have a problem with that tell the management" The showers are very low. If you are over 160 cm good luck showering. There was a huge paint stain on the floor.

Check in went smooth and room was easily accessible. ROOM KEYS WERE SHUT OFF MID TRIP! Had to make an unexpected trip to the lobby at nearly midnight just to get into our room. This is extremely poor service! Also, carpet had something on it that made it sticky. Needed to be shampooed.

This was a great little motel. Basic but that’s all we needed. No coffee maker in the room would be my only complaint. You can tell that they have done things to make it nicer. Very clean, freshly remodeled bathrooms, monogrammed towels. The fridge was actually cold and larger than most hotel fridges. Free parking was a big plus, too. We just wanted an inexpensive hotel that was a quick drive to Disneyland and it fit the bill! 10 min to Disneyland parking. I’d stay here again.

Booked the delux room with the small kitchen area and dining table. Looked exactly like the photo which is great but, there was no coffee or water for the small coffee machine provided, no hand soap or dish soap, nothing in the mini fridge and they are not doing breakfast. We checked in at 3:40pm and they were still not done cleaning the room, there is little to no staff so finding one to help is a task. But it is convenient for the area it’s close to Disneyland and there’s stores like cvs and Ralph’s to get food and supplies like paper plates and napkins at. Beds are comfortable and there’s plenty space. Don’t use the a/c it smells and the shampoo and body lotion provided dries your skin and hair.

Ok, I get anxiety going on vacation because of the cleanliness of how the room would be. I have to say I the room was VERY clean. I felt very at ease staying there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I gave the property facilities a 3 star only because they didn’t have a smart tv like we were used to. So we were stuck watching the limited channels they had available. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
