Let me start with every staff member was outstanding. Super efficient, and accommodating. Our room was easily accessible and parking was super convenient (we went on a week day and the hotel wasn’t super packed). The biggest downside for me and the reason for the 3 stars was the noise level. We were right near the ice machine and our room overlooked the Parking lot. I got zero sleep the first night and constantly heard everything going on on property. I had to buy ear plugs for $12 at the market for the remaining nights. The room wasn’t the cleanest— the floors were fairly dirty and there were random black long hairs in the beds. Buuuuutttt mattresses were decently comfortable and I Loved that they had 3 beds in their suites for our family of 5. The bfast was dismal, and by day 3 my husband didn’t even eat. The kids loved the waffles, and juice. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, but the location was good, safe, and if you bring earplugs, you might have a decent sleep.

This was an amazing stay everyone there made it quick and easy and the staff is super friendly ! If you’re going to Disneyland and need an affordable place to stay during your trip this is the place ! Very clean rooms sheets were nice and clean upon arrival ! I’ll definitely be back here again ! Our receptionist was great. He greeted us with a bright smile, and we were able to check in a tad bit early. From him, interacting with my children and asking them how they were to him giving us the keys to our room. Walking into our room it was marvelous little do they know that I am a car fan so we walked into a very nice room. Very clean very welcoming.

Honestly can't beat the service, staff, breakfast and walking convenience to Toy Story Bus lot especially for the price! Highly reccomend. Comfortable beds, nice shower, hot tub is small but nice and breakfast was better than expected! Only thing I would say is it would be nice to have a dresser of some sort in the room for our clothing but that's not that important.
