SCARY ELEVATOR, BUGS EVERYWHERE!

Been usually staying at the Carriage Inn directly across from this restaurant, and that’s where I’ll continue to go if I’m staying on this block. Encountered bugs (roaches), faulty elevators like they’re out of a horror movie, and just an overall subpar experience. So mad I wasted money here.

The parking lot was small, full and conplicated. The clerk seemed inexperienced, needed assistance, charged me incorrectly but after i questioned it, he reversed the charges. He could've find my reservation the check in took over 30 minutes.

Close to the parks but not welcoming

Stayed for four nights. Our family including services dogs got there 2 hours early with little to no other patrons in the parking lot. I had called and was told there would most likely be rooms available. Gentleman in the front tried to charge us extra to check in while we had our kids restless from a 5 hour drive. I had already notified the hotel of my service dog. When reminding staff he was intrusive asking me of my reasonings. We stayed here because it was cheap. We spent more time in the parks than the hotel. Elevator has been broke over a month.We had to go up and down the stairs which was a lot on us. Parking you get charged and deposits of course. Potty area for dogs is horrible. No one up keeps. Literally a square of fake gross. I won’t be staying here ever again. Total waste of money. Only good thing is there was a dryer and washer next to our room so I could do my children’s laundry.
