Staff where polite. Rooms didn't get cleaned on the day staff had said we had a full cleaning service day. And at our arrival one of the showers was dirty, breakfast was decent, but made some of our party sick.

The staff was great. Very accommodating and friendly. I needed a document printed and they helped me. The location is great and is about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The rooms are very old and smell, however you get what you pay for. Also, they charge $25.75 per night for parking which I believe to be excessive for the area.

Upon arrival on 11/26 the lady at the front desk was very accommodating however the man working next to her was rude. He was grunting every time I asked her a question. When we got into our room it smelled very musty and was dirty. We tried to use the safe to store our items but it needed a key so we called the front desk and they said we needed to go back to the front desk to get it. We walked over to them and the same man was very rude… we asked about the safe key and he was obviously annoyed that we asked for one. He was like $150 if you loose the key! We were like ok..,We signed the paper about the fee and we were on our way. When I got back to the room to use the shower there was a wad of HAIR hanging off the shampoo bottle. When I turned on the TV the remote didn’t work and the batteries needed to be replaced. At all times during the day and night you can hear people walking upstairs clearly. The people above us woke me up several times during the night because of how thin the walls are. The only great things about these rooms was that the beds were comfortable. I will never stay here again.

I was told upon check in that on the third day of our stay our room would be cleaned. It was not. This would've been fine if our room had been fully stocked when we arrived. The products were pretty much empty and there wasn't even an extra toilet paper roll to replace the half roll that was left for us. Parking is very hard to come by because the lot is shared between two hotels one being much larger than this one. Other than that the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly, as always, room was clean and the beds were comfy. Easy walk to Toy Story busses across the street or you can walk to Disneyland in about 15-20m depending on your pace

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air-conditioner would make a strange whining sound every time it clicked on, then off (so every 20-30 mins). Luckily, my daughter isn't a light sleeper. I, however, woke up frequently in the night to the strange noise.

Breakfast was very limited and looked uncooked/cheap. We decided to just skip it. The receptionist were anything but friendly. Very short and rushing everything. Definitely didn’t feel welcome. The room had a strange smell when we first opened the door. Pillows are extremely flat. Will not be staying here again.

It was a fairly comfortable stay, however my room was located close to the Laundry room,,I can hear a few banging doors and bunch of noises that would startle me,,,sounds of carts and Wheels rolling disturbed my late Afternoon Nap,,,other than that,,everything else was okay. Place was clean and the receptionist was very nice. The interior of the room I got was very spacious and the breakfast was much appreciated.

The carpet at our room has never been cleaned, my white socks turned black by walking on the carpet. The room felt like it had never been completely cleaned. Shower head started making a loud sound when we turned the hot water on. Staff wasn’t friendly.

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very close to Disneyland Toy Story parking! Cons: The fridge didn't work, the shower curtain did not keep the water in the tub, breakfast was alright, and the room I was in was next to what seemed like a laundry room for the housekeepers. So I would be awoken to the loud conversations of housekeepers.
