Nicer than it used to be.

The remote and light switches were dirty. The floors were clean. There was a spider near the sink when we woke up. The staff was friendly. It was close to Disneyland if you want to walk. Nothing particularly wowed me about this place but the bed was nice and it was nicer than it used to be.

Carlos was very thorough and accommodating when we checked in. He gave us directions where everything was at, and he did try to give us a first floor room when we asked for it. Although ultimately, we didn't get that, we appreciate his effort. The room was very clean and neat, and quite spacious. Will recommend to family and friends who want to visit Disneyland for sure.

Front desk staff was very friendly! Over all it was a good stay, but the rooms were a bit dated.. could use some remodeling. I loved staying on the bottom level, but my last night staying there, who ever was staying above us was causing a bunch of noise and jumping around like it was a bounce house..

The hotel is close to Downtown Disney, we were able to walk there and back with ease. The hotel rooms are standard, nothing over the top but does what is needed. The towels were awful, if you plan to stay here, bring your own towels so don’t have to use small, ratty old towels. Also, we stayed four nights so we got one day for housekeeping to come but they never came so we had to go to the front office to get more toiletries

The little spot was very close to Disneyland literally across the street walking distance too, the person who greeted us was amazing my family and I can’t wait to go back it’s a shame I didn’t get his name if not then he would be on this amazing review (he works nights and even payed attention to the request I put online) thank you :)

Brandon was very friendly. Our room was clean. The distance to Disneyland was great. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend.
