The staff were great for the interactions we had with them. The deluxe room was not worth the money. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the sink wouldn’t drain and the door stops kept falling off in the bathroom. The single elevator was also very slow and took longer than anyone would hope for. Walking distance to the park was great but the price for the experience was not.

Things were good. Unfortunately, I was in the 4th floor. The bar restaurant above I could hear lots of noice and music. Very loud. I complained once, nothing was done about it. Front desk did say I might hear them and to Jet front desk know. Nothing was done. I put earplugs in to get to sleep Friday night April 18th

Our room wasnt maintained properly. Property doesnt offer room cleaning. Bathroom door has a metal plate in place of repairing the door. We got locked in the bathroom several times which can be bad if there was an emergency. Bathroom shower leaks water everywhere creating a slippery surface. Bathroom fan does not work and windows don’t open. Loud noise from rooftop restaurant late at night which was not disclosed during room purchase. Advised customer service and they offered nothing more than ear plugs.

Only stayed for one night but was okay. There was an event happening at the rooftop bar which took up all the parking spots by the time we arrived. Was a bit of a hassle trying to figure out where to park. In the end the valet for the restaurants on the other side of the parking let us park there for the night so it was resolved but still took a bit of back and forth to get there. Walk to Disneyland was super easy. Pool was good, wish it could be heated but overall a good stay. A bit pricey for the lack of amenities but the walk to Disney makes up for it.
