Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a 1-2 night getaway for Disney (because you’re hardly in the room). The drains for both the sink and shower seemed clogged because the water did not drain/flow properly (room 262). It would be nice if they could upgrade their TVs to basic smart TVs. Walls are paper thin - you can hear the dump trucks, house cleaners walking the hall ways in the early hours of the morning.

We loved that it was so close to the parks entrance, especially with a toddler who needs a midday nap but everything else was just meh. Room was quite small compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the area. Beds were reasonably comfortable and I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave but bathroom tub was unusually high sides. It had a in-wall AC unit that was super inefficient. The pool was decent and they did have fun “spray ground” for the little ones.my biggest complaint is that we got a text message our second day there that they would be shutting off the water from 11AM to 5PM the following day, which is annoying , but whatever, they have to do it at some point and probably figure most people are at Disneyland at that point. They neglected to inform us that they would be going this work in the utility room That was directly adjacent to our room and would involve them cutting pipes with a saw right outside our room while I am trying to get our toddler to nap! Not cool. I brought it up when checking out and their response was , “Oh, sorry about that “ but made no attempt to do anything about it. We have another trip planned in a few months but will be looking at other options.

The front desk staff was great, but the room did not seem to ne very clean until we requested a deep clean and then it was a bit better. But there were hairs that were definitely not ours in the shower before we even went into the shower and my socks were disgusting walking around for like an hour. It seemed to get better after we asked for it to be cleaned, but i feel like that should have already been done before we got there.

Great place to stay if you’re planning to go to Disney parks. Easy 5 minute walk. Clean. Slight Disney flare. Small pool that would be good for younger children. Fridge and microwave in each room to help save some money.
