Was very nice facilities and convenient location. Problem was the noise, extremely loud around room 207. Not sure if that’s near laundry or what but late nights and early mornings we could hear loud talking, laughing and music. Was hard to rest.

We picked this hotel for the location to the Toy Story parking lot shuttle to Disneyland. The staff was wonderful and helpful and everything was very clean. Our room worked perfect for a family of 5. The downside is that the beds are very hard and after being in Disneyland all day, we woke up not rested because we couldn't sleep well. The breakfast was fully stocked and convenient but there was not much flavor to anything. Also, the coffee was not very warm both mornings we were there.

Front desk staff/managers: Maya and Michele really went above the call for me on this holiday; I have a few things to sort out and they followed through. I appreciate this very much from a hotel. The hotel is newish and this shows. Very nice rooms, large, clean, fresh decor, high ceilings, great black out curtains. The wifi was really good; showers were hot; entry sink/microwave/coffee/bar-fridge were perfect (you need your own plates/bowls/utensils/paper-towels). Beds were comfortable, even if the sofa bed squeaked. Three of us each had a bed. Breakfast was a full breakfast with hot and cold options, juices. The gym was clean and cool (weights, treadmill, bike, etc.). Laundry room was large. Floor 2 has all of these and the pool - so beware of noise. We were on 4th floor, quiet. For Disneyland we used Uber (altho we had a car). It is over a mile, probably about 20 min walk or longer. Driving is a bad idea Way too much congestions at entrance. Would definitely return to this hotel next visit.

Our room had dirt all over the table as well as in the entryway. The soap dispenser was broken, which was inconvenient after a long day out because we weren’t able to properly take showers. My husband had to go to the store and spend unnecessary money in order to be their children. Upon check in We had asked for extra blankets prior to us getting in the room, they weren’t brought up and by the time we made it to the room later in the evening, it was already almost 1am so calling and waiting for them to get delivered to the room would’ve been inconvenient as well.

This has quickly become our repeat hotel in the area! Clean comfy rooms, free tea/coffee, great breakfast, and close to the toy story parking lot, a five minute walk got us right on the shuttle!
