our room which was a family suite, smelled heavily of urine and the bunk beds squeaked and felt unsafe for my young kids. The bathroom door did not close properly or lock and was chipped and stained. Looked like it had not been wiped down in some time. The mini fridge was gross and dirty as well as loud. The upstairs guests were loud and we barely slept. The beds were itchy and felt like there was sand on the sheets. Staff was rude and acted like they didn’t want to work there. The pool water was grimy and dirty and the jacuzzi was as well with gross brown stained papers floating around in it. Payed a hefty price for gross dirty rooms. Will not be returning.

Pros: The breakfast is great and has something for everyone. The shuttle to the park picks up right at the hotel and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The heated pool was a hit with the kids. Good water pressure in the shower. Fair price. Cons: The floors do not get cleaned very well. Pillows are lumpy and the room smells a little mildewy. The tv reception is not the best. The hot tub jets were not working. The shower head is clogged in places. There was blood in the wall by the sink. The coffee pot had bugs in it when I made tea with only hot water. Overall I would stay there again mostly because the price is good for including breakfast and it's so close to Disneyland but if you want more comfort bring your own pillow or stay somewhere more expensive.

I like the approachable and accommodating staff plus the good breakfast. I don't like the clogs in the toilet bowl and shower. People walking above the room is annoying and disturbing.

First of all, let me say the hotel is a nice distance from Disneyland and with shuttle transportation it was great The hotel is old and very noisy but outside of that it’s a nice hotel. I didn’t believe they had an elevator so make sure you have a room on the bottom floor if you were traveling with mobility issued people. , if they can accommodate you which they did for us. the staff, especially Celina was very accommodating and very, very nice. She helped us with the shuttle bus transportation to Disneyland. (The app is not very user-friendly.) The dining area is very small, but they did have outside seating for the dining room but it’s chilly in the morning at 7 AM. They have limited foods but having food at all at hotels around Disneyland that are included in the price was fantastic. All in all our hotel stay was great. The hotel like I said is old, but it was very accommodating and and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were good.

This is definitely a no frills hotel. There are literally a hundred hotels in the area due to the proximity to Disneyland so you have choices. I picked Stanford because of the price of the family suite, it was nice to have the kids in their own bedroom. Though the walls, and ceiling are paper. Sounded like someone was moving furniture ulate at night and again at 6am. The hotel is on a very busy road and we heard cars all night. There is breakfast included, the make your own waffles were great, the eggs were not. The room was always crowded. We skipped it our second morning. The only staff I dealt with was very nice, check in was easy and fast. One big bonus is that if you have an electric car, they have 4 spots that you can charge for no additional fee above the $12/night parking fee. If you are just looking for a clean room, some extra space and a comfortable bed for a good price then go for it, but bring your earplugs.

For a reasonable price it was great But the hotel is old, and very, very noisy. The desk staff especially Celina , was very very nice and very helpful. Breakfast area is small but they have a nice few items to choose from for breakfast. It’s unusual to have breakfast at hotels around Disneyland that are included in the price of the hotel. That was a nice feature. I just wish they had some non-sugar type cereals both of the cereals they offered were sugar coated. There is a shuttle that stops at the hotel and takes you to Disneyland. It’s a fee. I believe it’s 550 or 250 for seniors it’s a great feature, but if you’re not computer savvy, it’s a nightmare. Selena had to walk me through the steps and I thought I could understand computer apps pretty well, but I was wrong. LOL. I don’t believe the app is very user-friendly, but Celina walked us through it. We got our tickets and it was great. All in all our stay was very enjoyable for the age of the hotel. It was great.

This property was a disaster. Like one that is used to house the homeless. All around facility were unsavory people. In addition, there is a major busy super loud bar/food place that was so packed we couldn't even get into the parking lot of the hotel for 20 mins. Also, no refund for not staying in an unsafe area. No bueno

Not a bad stay if your REALLY need to save on accommodation expenses. Room was nice size. King bed was comfortable. A/C was somewhat noisy. ART bus stops right in front for an added cost but still convenient. Staff wasn’t overly friendly but decent. Breakfast seemed ‘meh’; tried a muffin and it was dry and disgusting. Waffles smelled/appeared decent, as I saw other guest make them. Area was ok. Walls were thin. I won’t stay again, as I’d rather spend a bit more elsewhere.

Nice place for good price

We stayed for one night and had no problems. The room was updated and clean. Beds were comfy, although pillows were a little lumpy. Free breakfast was tasty with decent variety. My only issue was the family of elephants above us who got in after midnight and woke up before 6 am, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. There was some street noise, but it is on a busy road, so it’s not unexpected I guess. Overall great stay for the price.

It was very well kept. It was close to Disneyland especially for the art shuttle you are one of the first stops and the second stop after leaving the park so you don’t wait a long time. Breakfast was great and our family enjoyed it. Would have liked more towels in the room but was easy to get some from the office staff. Would definitely stay here again.
