2 - 24 'BENTLEY-PONTOONISSA ON 115 Hv moottori. Sitä voi vuokrata, jos haluat hiihtää, herätä lautaa tai putkea.
Sinun on pyydettävä hintaa tältä veneeltä, se on korkeampi kuin toinen puhelin.

Tässä suloisessa kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyammeen LAKEFRONT-tiilimökissä on Tennessee Crab -hedelmätarhakivet. Yläkerran parvella on näköala upeaan huoneeseen, jossa on kivilattiat, kaksinkertaiset liukulasiovi-ovet, holvikatot ja paljon ikkunoita. Suuri huone yhdistää keittiön, eteisen ja makuuhuoneet loistavan avoimen pohjapiirroksen luomiseksi.

Yläkerran parvella, josta on kytkettävä makuuhuone, on foosball-pöytä, korttipöytä ja futon-sohva rentoutumiseen. Kaikissa päätason makuuhuoneissa ja kylpyhuoneissa on laattalattiat ja yläkerrassa bambulattiat.

Molemmat kylpyhuoneet on uusittu, Master-kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku ja toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi, molemmat päätasolla.

Kauniit mukavat huonekalut ja sängyt kaikkialla.

Queen-makuuhuone, jossa taulutelevisio ja yksi kerrossänky, täysikokoisella sängyllä pohjassa ja kahden hengen kokoisella päällä, joka sijaitsee päätasolla.

Queen-size-vuode yläkerrassa, taulutelevisio sekä parvi-alue, jossa istuimet ja pelipöydät.

Järven puolella talossa on kaksinkertaiset liukulasiovi-ikkunat, joissa on ikkunat yläkerran näkymistä. Se sijaitsee avoimessa ja syvässä purjevenevedessä, jota kutsutaan myös Hartwell-järven syväksi vedeksi.

VAKAVA JA HELPPO löytää sijainti hienolla, hiljaisella kuolleella pääkadulla, jossa on vain muutama talo yksityisellä laella lähellä Richland Creek -laivaveneen RAMPIA. Stone Creek Cove -golfkenttä on mailin päässä.

Sijaitsee yksityisen poukaman suulla aivan nurkan takana Richland Creek -venerampilta. Lähellä kaikkia rantoja ja saaria, muutamia mainitakseni: River Forks, Singing Pines, Andersonville Island, Sandy Island, Beer Tree Island ja toiset. Portman Marina on 15 minuutin venematkan päässä. Tulossa Portmanista, käänny kova vasemmalle poiju S 10: lle mennäksesi poukamomme.

Nauti luonnonmaisemista kävellen rannalla ympäri yksityistä niemimaa, joka vie sinut venerampille. Venerampista voit kävellä laiturillemme rantaviivan vieressä, se on kolmas peitetty telakka, jossa on aurinkoterassi ja valaistus yökalastukseen tai veneilyyn. What an excellent spot on the lake! Our stay here was perfect. We had everything we needed. It's right next to a boat ramp, close to a marina and pretty close to a great restaurant (JR Cash's) at big water marina on the water. The host was very courteous and helpful with questions/requests. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great time at the lake

This was a perfect lake vacation for our family. We rented the pontoon and had great time exploring Lake Hartwell. The house provided just as much fun swimming in the cove and endless foosball tournaments with the boys. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great location right on the water

We were visiting for a fishing tournament. Location to green pond was so convenient. House accommodated our two families perfectly. Easy boat parking and the water was beautiful. Kids loved the kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. If we are lucky enough to make it back to the national championship next year… we would definitly stay here again.

Great stay!

This is the 3rd time we have rented Makin' waves. We come up from Charleston for a Clemson game. It is a short drive the Clemson. We have a great time swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding in the lake. Renee is a get host. We will be coming back again!

Very Nice Home in a Great Location

We enjoyed our week at Makin Waves and will likely return. The location was great for us to visit friends and relatives. The owner was very responsive throughout the reservation process, though we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We particularly enjoyed use of the canoe on Hartwell Lake and the foosball table. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Beautiful Lakehouse

We had a great time at Makin Waves. The house was very clean and perfect for our summer vacation. It was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Hanging out at the dock fishing and riding on the boat was so much fun. The kids didn't want to leave. We will definitely go back next year.

Location! Location! Location!

Very tranquil setting on beautiful Lake Hartwell (our first visit). The house is in a perfect location! A short boat ride to The Grill Man - A MUST for the most amazing pimento cheese bacon burger and fabulous desserts. Grocery stores are nearby as well. However, once you are at the house you feel totally secluded. It was a VERY relaxing and enjoyable weekend. We would definitely recommend Makin Waves! Thank you Renee and Troy for a fabulous weekend!

Family Vacation

I took my 2 kids on a last minute summer vacation before school started again. We couldn't have been happier as we opened the door to our beautiful new home. The home was even better than in the pictures and an easy walk to the lake. My kids and I had so much fun on the boat that I have been looking for one ever since our return. The lake was nice and clean, and I caught a lot of catfish from the dock. Overall, a great experience.

Wonderful House...Great owners to work with....Perfect location!!

My family and I just returned from a fabulous time at Makin' Waves! This has been our second trip to the house and we loved every minute there! The cove where the house is located is beautiful and calm. Sitting on the deck looking down at the lake was my favorite thing to do when we were not on the boat. The house was equipped with everything we needed...and we loved the added feature of the ice machine! Renee was wonderful and timely to work with!! Thank you!!

Great House and Location

Me, my wife, and a few friends spent a weekend at "Makin Waves" and had an absolute great time. First off, the location is prime. If you want to visit Clemson or Anderson, you are really close to both. At the same time, it is off the beaten path so you can have some privacy. I was most impressed with the quality of the house and furnishings. My wife and I usually spend a few weekends in the mountains or the beach each year and experience the normal average house with a good location. This place had it all. The beds were great, the showers excellent, the yard is big, etc...I could go on and on. The owner is also very helpful with getting the whole weekend planned and was very responsive whenever we needed something. By far, this was the best weekend of the year!

This rental property was exactly what I hoped it would be!! It was located, not far from where I grew up in South Carolina and easily accessible. VRBO properties that I have rented in the past have not exactly lived up to what the pictures portray as far as cleanliness and being well maintained. THIS PROPERTY WAS EXACTLY WHAT THE OWNERS DESCRIBED! This property was clean inside and had all the necessities anyone could possibly need. The outside property was well maintained. The boating dock served well for fishing everyday even though no fish were caught, the thrill of fishing was all that was needed. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and affordability! A BIG THANK YOU TO RENEE!!

Perfect Place for our Sister Get-Together

My 3 sisters and I rented Makin Waves for a visit with our Dad, who lives on Lake Hartwell in Anderson, just a few miles away. We enjoyed 3 very comfortable nights at Makin Waves. I would describe the house as "rustic elegance", a perfect lake retreat. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck and watching the sunrise from the dock. The large level lot felt very private, even though there are homes close by on either side. The furnishings and beds in the house were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The lake was down about 6 to 8 feet, so there wasn't as much water in the cove as usual. But there is a great view of the lake from the dock, and it is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. We did not have a boat, or rent the pontoon from Makin Waves, but I am sure it would have been a wonderful treat to be able to tour the lake, and the dock is perfect for keeping a boat on the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Good place, good price

My family and I had a great week at Makin' Waves. The house is in a quiet location with friendly neighbors. The location on the lake is perfect, right in the middle, so you have easy access to the South Carolina and Georgia sides of the lake. We rented the pontoon boat along with the home which was a great idea, saved us a lot of money. It was sitting there, full of gas and ready to go. We were on the water within 20 minutes of arrival. The place is little dated but everything works, the stove and fridge are quite new and there are lots of bowls, cups, pots, pans and silverware. It has an extra ice maker in a closet outside which we used everyday. There were even a bunch of noodles and fishing powls there too The air conditioner really puts out some cold air and we needed it because it was a hot week. There's a grill outside on the deck as well. The best thing is probably the owners. Very personable and timely. They are responsive to emails and phone calls and left easy to follow directions for everything. We had a small hiccup with the pontoon boat one day (self induced) and they were ON IT and we didn't have another problem. Good pontoon boat, has a good engine that pulls well and can get up on plane. Not a speed demon but fast enough for the lake, a knee board and tubing. Good fishing right at the dock as well as few great spots nearby. One of the biggest marinas on the lake is about a ten or so minute boat ride away and it has gas 24/7 but the owners also have big gas cans there that you can use to get less expensive gas up the street. Overall, we had a great time and will likely come again. A+

BEWARE! PROPERTY NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!

This property is not as advertised and I'll explain but I'm sure the owner will come up with as many excuses for my review as she did for the property. I rented the property (family of 3) from a Wednesday through Sunday and paid for a one day pontoon rental for Friday. The communications started off good with the owner but upon arrival we inspected the property and immediately noticed damage to the fence (like it had been kicked in) and an extremely worn back deck with cigarette butts & rusty nails everywhere. Most of the deck furniture is badly worn and is in need of replacement. The pictures for this listing must be years old & any good reviews I would question the integrity of. I noticed (unfortunately after the fact) that several of the so-called "positive" reviews for this property were submitted all on the same date, which I assume were by the owner. Anyway, Thursday morning we went to use the "free" canoe and noticed that one the seats was broken and unuseable. I immediately notified the owner & she responded via email (which I retained copies of) that she already knew it was "broken" (her words) but for some reason she did not disclose that before the non-refundable payment for the property was collected. She now claims that the seat is only "cracked", not "broken" and that the canoe is not part of the house rental. Anyone reading this listing can clearly see that it indicates the canoe is free with the rental (unless she has since removed it). The dock is over 100 yards from the house and is not "lake view" as advertised. The neighbors two doors down have some sort of outdoor dog kennel & the dogs bark constantly day & night. I advised the owner we would be cutting our stay short (by 2 nights) and would not need the pontoon rental. I was prepared to eat the four days of rent for the house even though we were only there a day & a half but she refused to refund my money for the pontoon which was never used. The only refund I asked for was the pontoon which I feel is more than reasonable. She then gave me an excuse about not being able to re-rent the pontoon and that she doesn't actually own the pontoon which is stored at her dock. This property is out-dated, worn & overpriced. If you want to lease a property that is not as advertised, this owner will gladly take your money. This is my first negative experience with a VRBO property and I hope it's the last because I've used this service for several years with great results. Thank you.

Great Lakehouse

Great location & wonderful hosts! My children are already asking if we can come here every summer for vacation! Everything was as expected & we had no problems! The water here is so pretty and at night the lights on the back porch look so pretty!

Nice location. There is a resturant called "The Local" right around the corner on the Lake.

Nice Lake front property. Lots of room and easy access to the boat dock. Owners were always very helpful and quick to reply. Would recommend the "Making Waves" property for your family fun.

wonderful!

we had a great stay. we loved the lay out of the house and the back yard. We had a great fire and we fished off the dock quite a lot. It really was a great place on the lake ! lot's of space for parking and the owners answered our questions right away ! would love to stay again.
