The staff would be hard to work with at times and for some reason they would make it difficult to check in when there was a third party reservation. Some policies need to be changed. And they sometimes treat the PAYING CUSTOMERS pretty bad and annoyingly. God bless them though.

Terrible experience. Water was brown in the bathtub, the shower screeched as it tried to eke out water pressure. We asked them to make up the sofa bed and all they did was pull it out didn’t give a sheets or anything for it and by the way, it’s not even a proper mattress. It was a horrible night sleep. There were only clear glass doors departing the bedroom from the living room area. They were brackets from where they used to be curtains, but they’re no longer around. Would not stay here again
