I arrived around 10:30 at night exhausted from driving all day. The lady at the desk really wasn’t Miss personality. She gave me my key and the first room she gave me had no heat the heater on the wall plus the floor heater didn’t even work the room was cold so I went back to the desk And stated to her that I needed another room that the heater didn’t work so she gave me this look like whatever gave me a key put me on the second floor this time and I went down to the room and the key didn’t work in the door so now I had to go back to the desk and I am again exhausted from driving all day And I said to her the key doesn’t work so she looked at me again and she took a long time to get the second key ready when I got the second key of course now I’m aggravated and I had to go back to my room and try again but this time it was my fault I went to the wrong door because at that point in time, I’m like thinking in my head this is the third time so I wasn’t nice when I went back the third time telling her the keys didn’t still didn’t work And then it occurred to me that I went to the wrong door so in which case I was rude to her, but in any case two times they screwed up and even though I was rude, and I felt bad about it when I realized that it was my mistake the third timeI didn’t get a chance to apologize to her, but in any case she had an attitude with me both times when I went to her for the key in the room, so my experience at your place, not the best

I made reservations at La QuintaInn & Suites in Andover through Expedia last minute at 9pm. It was quick and easy. The man at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Everything went smoothly. The room was clean with anough space, especially when I was staying for just that night. 2 reasons I didn't give 5 stars is because breakfast ends at 9 am, should be later, and the bathroom sink seemed to be partially clogged, water very very slow to drain.

Amazing experience! Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure my children and I were comfortable. Very clean and kid friendly. Breakfast was included and a lot of choice, my kids enjoyed making there own wasffles in the waffle maker and of course they loved the indoor pool!! Chili's resto within walking distance and a gas station on your way out. 100% great experience
