The bathroom had mold all around the shower, The internet NEVER worked, asking 3 times for help, I gave up. The towels are just gross, really was so awful. Never again, I could not sleep due to the fact I just wanted to get out of there.

Berbat ve Gürültülü Konakşama

Berbat bir konaklama: Otelin yanındaki müzikli eğlence yeri nedeni ile 02.00’a kadar gürültü nedeni ile uyumak mümkün değil, otelin bu konuda hiçbir çabası yok. Camlardaki ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Müzik bitince yok gürültüsü olduğu gibi odada. Çatı katında gece motor gürültüsü bitmiyor. Çayı katında sabahları güvercin gürültüsünden uyunmuyor. Sonuç olarak; uyumak mümkün değil. Sabaha kadar uyumadık. Otel ise bu konuda oda değiştirme dahil hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmadı.

O hotel está bem localizado muito próximo ao centro da cidade com uma ampla oferta de serviços. Fácil acesso ao transporte público e a uma rede diversificada de bares, confeitarias e restaurantes . O quarto e banheiro são espaçosos e a limpeza é feita diariamente. O café da manhã poderia ser mais incrementado com maior oferta de artigos, como frutas e pães.

REZALET

Odanın temizliğe ihtiyacı vardı. Oda görevlisine durumu çok nazik bir şekilde bildirmemize rağmen bize son derece kaba bir şekilde ''temiz oda istiyorsanız 5 yıldızlı otele gideceksiniz buraya gelmeyeceksiniz!'' dedi. Ne olduğumuzu şaşırdık. Hemen ertesi gün kalacak olduğumuz diğer günlerin iadesini talep ettik ve otelden ayrıldık.
