The hotel stay was fine, but we didn't like having to pay for parking in the open adjacent lot. The hotel is not in a crowded or urban area, so this charge should not be necessary. There was no parking charge the last time we stayed here.

Exceptional!!!

When i say this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, i truly mean it!! The staff at the front desk were exceptional, pleasant and extremely accommodating. The room was extremely clean which stuck out because I've stayed at competing hotels and they didn't rise to this level of cleanliness. The bed was super comfortable, flooring was solid with no bubbles or sliding of any kind. Springhill Suites by Marriott have earned a loyal customer whenever i travel.

So at the first when we arrived at check in there’s bunch of cops doing some investigation and then the front desk smells disgusting which is just beside of cafeteria the rooms are way to small way way to small the stuffs are very good they posted a beach picture on their website so I thought it’s a beach or lake accessible but literally nothing lol when we went to the pool the Housman using chemical in to the Spa and avoid us using it but he said we can use the pool what a good permission sir thanks for that they charge $9.95 for parking which is so annoying
