The property was extremely clean. It was like we were the first people to stay in the room. The only thing is that there weren’t enough sheets, blankets, and pillows for those sleeping on the sofa bed. I’m sure if I had asked at the desk I could have gotten some but it was too much with two disabled parents, and arriving exhausted and having to switch room three times due to Expedias errors. I was charged for travel insurance that I never had. The staff told me that people book rooms all the time and when they get there they do not have the room that they booked. I needed very specific services and never did receive them even after ending up in 3 different rooms.
One time I had to walk my 88 year old father with Parkinson’s, down the long hallway to the hall bathroom because that one had grab bars and the one in the room didn’t.
The staff tried to accommodate but by the third move we could do do it anymore. Hotel staff and cleanliness were great. Milton (Annapolis, MD) was very nice and helpful.
Don’t book through Expedia.
