The room seemed clean - until we found two cockroaches. The bathroom did not seem clean - a long coarse black hair on the floor and the shower curtain was mildewed. Property smelled of pesticide. Beds were crisp and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited and the coffee was terribly weak & watery with only powdered creamer and 2% milk available.

Showed up and handed the person at the front desk my card. Had my reservation fully paid for on Expedia prior to arrival. There was a 75 dollar hold on my card that didnt go away until after I checked out. Didn't think this was unusual as I've been charged more for a deposit at other places. However, the charge went through shortly after I completed my online check out. I had to work very early and was and no one was working the front desk yet which is why I opted for online checkout. Will not be returning. If you see a hold on your card from them, be sure that you know what it's for. Like ai said, my reservation was fully paid for prior to arrival.

Room was not ready at after 3pm. I waited unitl 20 after purposely to avoid this issue when i went to check in i was told that i had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean the room it actually ended up taking another 20 minutes before we got to actually get into our room. The TV in the room was a dumb version of a smart TV and they did not provide the correct remote so we could not watch TV. No Wifi password was provided so much for free Wifi i had to use my Hotspot on my cellphone
