We thought we were getting a king suite with a kitchenette but disappointed when we checked in to find a fold out couch in our room that was of no use to the two of us. The room itself was beautiful bit not what we saw in the app and what we expected.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure our stay was truly comfortable. We stayed in the condo closest to the ski lifts, and the view was amazing. Enjoyed the dinner that we made ourselves in the well equipped kitchen, while watching skiers come down the slopes. Felt like we were in Switzerland!

Beautiful updated room, very spacious with a comfortable mattress. Our room overlooked the ski hill which was amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved the real outdoor campfire at night. The only complaint I have is the indoor pool wasn’t heated enough for us be able to enjoy it and there wasn’t a hot tub.

The staff was amazing, went above and beyond anytime we needed something and were so kind and welcoming. A few areas that could have used improvement- we were there for 4 nights/5days and were skiing with 4 people in the room. No one came in to empty garbage, refill coffee station/cups, toilet paper, freshen towels, or floors. We had no hot water our first morning. Pool was cold. No hot tub or laundry facilities as advertised. Overall we loved the small and cozy feeling! Would go a long way with at least every other day housekeeping! Thanks again!

Staff were very friendly and the rooms have been updated since we were here in 2021. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated. The hotel has a warm inviting atmosphere.

We had to wait almost 2 hrs before we got our correct room. Lots of problems with the rooms. One of the room Phone didn't work. Called the front desk left messages more then 4 times. Never called back. The wifi didn't work in both rooms. One of rooms TV remote was broken. Heating in both rooms were off. No coffee was provided for both rooms Walked to main building 3 times as no one picked up the front desk phone to talk to them about the problems. The list can go on and on.... We had left the property after 4 hours of checking

This was a great hotel in a beautiful area. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean, and the area was great to explore. Calabogie Pizzeria was amazing! The view from Eagle’s Nest hike was spectacular. We would come here again.
