First time at aloft!

The room was extremely clean. It was handicap friendly, which is very awesome for me. I really liked the atmosphere. I really liked the scenery in and around the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoyed my trip.

Room was comfy with a great view. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Easy parking garage to use and being able to come and go as we pleased without a valet was nice. We brought our dog and everything was great.

Everything was nice except the linens. The pillows were worn out and lumpy and the sheets were not anywhere near good quality. For such a nice hotel you would think you could make the beds nicers.

The desk staff was excellent! Our check in was painless, and the staff were total pros. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the hotel was centrally located making walking to restaurants and venues easy. Avoid "city view" rooms on weekends, because traffic noise is real.

Another good trip to Asheville

Overall the stay was excellent. The only issue was the bathroom door in room 519 is only halfway attached to it's slider, making moving the door very difficult and loud.

Cool hotel! We only need a room for an quick overnight stay, but free pets was amazing! We had drink in the great bar, and the room was really nice and not like a typical hotel room. We would definitely return!

The room doors had 1 inch openings which allowed noises from the hallway sound like they were in the room. Also the clock in my room had an alarm go off three times while I was sleeping. Even after it was unplugged, it went off once. As a result, it was extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Clean and pup friendly

We have stayed at Aloft Asheville before and loved it! This time was also great, but we brought our two pups along and missed the special touches very much. No dog bowls, bed or little care package this time :(
