The hotel was nice and had no problem checking in. We enjoyed going to the Biltmore house the next day but didn’t get to rest because at least 6 ambulances were heard all night. We decide to leave a day sooner and they wanted to charge us $25 to leave early after I paid Expedia for the room. I left the key cards in the room and we left without paying the $25.

That was very good stay and Chris on helpdesk was very helpful. Biltmore estate is just infront of the hotel - very closeby and perfect location to hangaround.

The check-in was easy and shaft very helpful with finding a place to eat dinner. Business in the Biltmore Village is still very much in repair from floods. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was more than continental and good. I would stay here again.
