This place is quite close to downtown ashville through the tunnel. To the other side, it is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and mountain trails as well. The staff are quite friendly as well. Enjoy the stay over there!

This property is perfectly fine: clean common areas, clean room with clean bathroom, nicely paved parking front and back of the hotel, and that's from where my issue stems. The locks to the perimeter doors were malfunctioning, something that should be pointed out at check-in rather than having the guest figure out through trial and error. Otherwise, a lovely hotel.

Had a pretty good stay for the most part. Staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was decent. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated as well. The only thing that bothered me was that the air conditioning unit in our room made a persistent and loud vibrating sound that drove me crazy so we ended up just sleeping with no air.

The hotel pool was closed the entire week we were there. All exterior doors besides front were not working (key cards would not open them) which was very inconvenient. Our room phone was broken. There was a water fountain to fill bottles in the fitness center but it was also broken and there were no other bubblers in the building according to the front desk, so we had to literally use ice and wait for it to melt.
