The room smelled like cigarette smoke, however the receptionist was very nice & switched my room. The room was noisy due to the mini fridge making a very loud humming noise. The cleanliness was average, not filthy not really clean. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Excellent staff

The hotel is spotless. Probably the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff was sweet, very useful, and even though they were all super young, they were all very respectful and patient.

The bed were very comfortable, the shower had amazing pressure, and the complementary breakfast was good for what it was. The hotel is in a very good location. 15 minute drive to Biltmore and 10 minutes to downtown Asheville.

The rooms were clean and it was quiet. Easy access to everything. The breakfast was okay. However, when I brought to their attention that that there were ants by the drink station no one cleaned them up, which is gross.
