Very strange. We were met outside by someone making sure that we had a reservation. We were told not to close outside doors because it was supposed to rain later and the door locks were sticky. We were told not to go through the hotel hallway but to unload at the far end of the hotel. No carts were available. The front desk systems were supposedly down so we were checked in at a separate desk.

Positives - convenient location, nice front desk person. Room smelt like cigarette smoke which just ruined the whole experience especially for nearly $200 a night. Needs a good cleaning in general, felt gross
