Airport Hotel

Had a late flight so chose based on proximity to airport. When I arrived at 11 PM there were no parking spots. Front desk was somewhat condescending when I asked about other parking options and said they were “booked”. I replied that I did have a reservation and what are my options for parking. He said none. Fortunately after circling the building a couple of times a couple of spots opened up from people who were returning from flights and had parked at the hotel. Otherwise everything was great.

Outside temperature was 24 degrees and our room had no heat. We were told we could only have two blankets and they were not able to move us to another room. In the morning we had no hot water. They refused to give us any type of refund for these terribly poor services.

Room was clean with fresh linens. Blankets need replaced or possibly doubled. That was our only complaint. It was late and we were tired so we didn’t go down to the front desk to ask for more. Nice place.

Check in was easy and simple. Parking is adequate. Multiple entrances depending on parking. The room was clean. Wash clothes and hand towels were missing and i had to go down to the front desk for those. The hvac unit was noisy depending if it was on heat or A/C.There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower. Probably not going to refer to family and friends.
