The room is very clean, the only complaint is the jets in the tub in the room do not work. But it was a nice soak. Heating worked great, amazing breakfast. I did not access the public pool or hot tub but it was open. Staff was helpful and informative about everything they offer.

Room not clean (see pics). Checkin staff was very friendly, but took multiple trips to get all the bedding we needed for the sofa bed (none in the room). Breakfast dtaff (Oceana?) Seemed like she didnt want to be there. Kept commenting about trying to get everything packed up (wven though there was still time in the breakfast timeframe)

Our ice bucket was somewhat dirty upon closer inspection, after Id noted the hole in the bucket and the fact the bag inside was wet. Hot tub jets didnt seem to work 100%, which was somewhat of a letdown for my spouse. Wished we would have had a room with a bathtub. Was told that because of booking the room through Hotels.com that we were ineligible for an upgrade. Breakfast was good. Treadmill in fitness area didnt play nice with me, I spent some minutes on the weight machine. Will likely not book through Hotels.com next time and may avoid using Choice hotel properties for the next stay or 2. There is no reason to show brand loyalty when receiving a sub par experience that is also inelgiible for rewards points.

The room was comfortable. The carpet does need to be cleaned because it was quite dirty. The staff at the front desk during check-in was not friendly at all. Breakfast, the next morning was mediocre, and there was an employee managing the food who was consistently coughing and obviously sick who should have not been handling the food.

The room was horrible. One of the beds moved and creaked so much, I thought you would fall apart when you sat on it. When you moved around you felt like the bed would collapse. The toilet ran all night long. If we didn't need to get a few hours rest before getting back on the road, we would have checked out and left, but didn't want to take the chance at that hour of finding anything else. When I told the person when checking out, there was no concern or care. I would not recommend that hotel, and I am not sure I would even go to another hotel with the same name. Very disappointed.
