The staff is very friendly and it’s secured. Restaurant was just ok. The food quality can be improved. Same breakfast everyday, no change. The swimming pool location is very good, but water is not temperature controlled, ice cold water. The washroom shower design is not compatible to take shower, water flows out.

We were there on a Sunday so many of the stores in the area were closed. We only were there one night so we did not really get to experience the whole hotel. We did find a nice cafe nearby (Roysters). The staff at the hotel were very professional.

Mostly brilliant. Shame the swimming pool is so small. Didn’t understand why coffee at breakfast was not self service. Service of coffee was slow and there was no choice. Generally though, staff were friendly, efficient, helpful, respectful and made our stay easy. Facilities were first class.

Very nice for family travel

This hotel was perfect for my family of 4. Room was spacious and lounge access was nice. The only down side is the air conditioning. It was really hot all night even with the air as low as it could go. We had travel fans which helped.

Swimming pool hours disappoint

It was a good stay. Everyone was friendly and hospitable. I booked this hotel for location and because of the pool. The pool was only open 11 to 8. At this time the UV rays are too high to swim. A real disappointment as swimming is part of my fitness routine. The gym was adequate but no sanitation available for guests to clean equipment

The hotel is in a residential area but you can easily walk to the bus station or the hop on hop off bus. There are many local restaurants around (walkable distance). The room was very comfortable, very quiet and clean. Our specific room did not have a view, we were facing other buildings. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the view of the mountains from the 7th floor. The pool is small, made for lounging mostly. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They helped us figure out our itinerary since taxis were on strike during our stay. Highly recommended!
